1. I want to do store pick up (click & collect); where are you located?

Yay! We'd love to see you! Come in for a browse, and stop past one of our locals for a coffee or a bite to eat. You'll find us at 130 Leicester Street, Camp Hill, in the lovely restaurant and shopping area known as Martha Street Precinct. 

2. When will my order arrive?

We strive to dispatch orders within 3 business day with Australia Post or our preferred courier. Delivery timeframes vary, but most orders should arrive within 7 business days. 

3. My order hasn't yet arrived; what should I do?

Please check your dispatch email from us and ensure at least 5 business days have lapsed. If so, please send us an email to store@teenieandtiny.com.au quoting your order number, so we can chase it up for you. You can read more information about our Delivery policy here.

4. I would like to return my item, what should I do?

Unfortunately we are closing down, at the end of February 2018, and cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason. ALL sales are final.
